Lanzhou Dahong Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in Northwest China specializing in the research, development, design, sales, installation, commissioning, technology transfer, and process services of energy-saving ferroalloy metallurgical equipment, environmental protection equipment, and energy-saving new technologies; founded in 2004, now located in the industrial hub of Northwest China, Lanzhou. After more than 10 years of continuous improvement and perfection, it has become a leading enterprise in the national ferroalloy metallurgical equipment manufacturing industry.

The company currently has more than 500 employees, including a group of highly educated, skilled, and experienced engineering and management personnel; it has 10 senior engineers in machinery, electrical, plumbing, ventilation and dust removal, production technology, and 30 engineers; the company has 6 project departments.

The company focuses on introducing international advanced technology and scientific achievements, absorbing the latest domestic and foreign technologies, and developing new efficient energy-saving submerged arc furnaces and dust removal devices (including silicoferro furnace, silicomanganese furnace, high carbon chromium furnace, industrial silicon furnace, calcium carbide furnace, and various ferroalloy furnaces) based on domestic conditions. Its process parameters are reasonable, equipment is advanced, automation level is high, meeting the goals of efficiency, intelligence, environmental protection, and energy saving. The submerged arc furnace complete equipment is equipped with raw material crushing system, subsystem, automatic batching system, feeding system, automatic charging and distribution system (national patent), power supply system, furnace body equipment system, tapping and casting system, cooling water system, dust removal device, etc. The use of our newly developed water-cooled cables and forged copper tiles improves conductivity efficiency, making the equipment more advanced and production efficiency higher.
